Enterprise Rent-A-Car

100 Philadelphia Pike location will always be the location, that I will go to rent my vehicles from after a great customer Service office experience at that location this weekend. I felt respected, It was the fastest time I took to do paperwork, They are very knowledgeable, They have all the top of the line, luxurious vehicle and the cleanliness of the office/Location.

I’ve been a customer here (Wilmington-Philadelphia Pike branch) for years and unfortunately I have to write this review. Although my experience is usually pleasant, it’s because I’ve never been an issue for them. This time they rented me a car with previous damage noted (to them) which they did not disclose to me. While driving during a storm the mirror cap blew off and now they are charging me for their faulty repair work. When asked to acknowledge the correlation with the previous work and the problem at hand, they blame me. Nevermind the fact that it was 22mph wind and heavy rain, it’s my fault that the mirror cap blew off while driving. Please use caution when renting here as they will not hold themselves accountable for undisclosed damage and faulty repair work!!!!

The staff here was very friendly to me and I was in and out a lot quicker than I originally had anticipated. They ended up upgrading my car for no additional fee and was going to be the same price as the original car I was going to rent. I forget the guys name who walked me around the car and the payment process but I felt everything was explained to me really clear. They really made a bad day for me a little more pleasant. Don’t even know where to start. I’ve been a long time renter with Enterprise at the Dover location which has been beyond exceptional - the Penny Hill location would have no stars if it wasn’t for Nancy, who went above and beyond to help me, she was exceptionally pleasant and professional. Kijah, different story. Had an issue with the first vehicle I picked up, switched it out with him, at first no problem. (Issue on their end). Second vehicle appeared to be in good shape, clean, but upon traveling over 2 hours away, the next day, realized it had a slow tire leak. Trying to get this resolved was beyond a nightmare experience as I eventually wound up with a complete flat. Highly recommend! Had a great experience working with Kijah at this Enterprise location. Had to rent a car while my car was in the shop after an accident. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient during both pick-up and drop-off. Even though we arrived close to closing time on both visits, Kijah never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. He handled everything smoothly, managed multiple customers at once with ease, and still provided top-notch service.
