This is not the worst car wash in America, it is the worst company in America. First, they don’t even clean your car. See pictures. Recently, I went to use the self wash bays with my truck and trailer. Spent $20 cleaning the salt (well, trying but they were still covered in salt). While leaving, my trailer hooked the hose and broke a fitting in the wash wand. I was climbing out to check it and they came sprinting out, “you have to pay for that, come inside, we have to charge you”. That’s fair-it was an accident but I did it so it’s fair I fix it, just calm down. I was getting out to check it. I didn’t have my wallet so I had to go home to get it. Now I live 3 miles away. They called me as I got home. Seems like anyone this worried about being cheated has a guilty conscience. Anyway, I a

I got the $13 silver car wash which includes an undercarriage wash too. I looked underneath the car afterwards and saw a lot of white spots. That concerned me because the whole point was to get the salt off. I went to the office to ask them what that was about and he explained that the silver wash does a very basic undercarriage wash. He said the supreme wash sprays from the lower sides and may access the bottom a bit better. He told me he would give me the supreme wash for free. I appreciated the gesture!

I Just had my truck interior detailed and I am beyond happy with the results. I gave them my truck that was filthy from the winter and mud season and they returned it to me looking like new. The customer service and professionalism is absolutely top notch. I will 100% be a repeat customer and advise everyone to give these guys a shot at making your vehicle shine!

Let me start by saying that I am no young chick, I drive a nice, newer SUV and I've previously had a subscription at another car wash for more than a year. I only cancelled that one because my job brought me to a different area and and I wasn't getting there frequently enough to justify the cost of the subscription. After searching google for another place that offered a monthly plan, I found Envi Auto Care, which just happened to be within a quarter mile of one of my frequent job sites. There are some pretty bad reviews here on quality of service as well as a rude owner, but, as you can read for yourself, there are also some rave reviews, stating what a great job they do and how nice the employees are. Rip off or lazy approach to car washing. Have used this car wash many times with good results. However, latest not successful. Paid plus tip for Wheel wash and undercarriage level. The usual pressure washer to the sides and back of the car necessary to get recessed areas was not performed nor were the wheels washed separately. When I noticed unclean rear gate areas, I approached the employees with the issue and questioned why no pressure wash. Told that pressure washers were “broken“. No attempt to remedy unclean areas but just a “sorry” with walk back into the building. If the ability to not do separate wheel washes is not available, I think it would be appropriate to inform customers equipment not functioning. Probably best to check out other Local car washes
