Terrific service, always get my inspection sticker at Erickson's. They are fast and reliable. Also extremely friendly.

I have been taken my cars to get stickers here for the past few years and every time the people working here are so friendly. I decided to bring my car in due to an oil leak and they were able to identify the issue right away and of course the issue was due to the service I had at the dealership. He even gave me a suggestion to bring it back to the dealership but I wanted to give them my business and have them fixed it instead. I will be bringing my car to Erickson going forward. Thank you for your honesty which is hard to find around!

I started going here 2 years ago. With a couple of older vehicles between my wife and I, we've had more repairs that we would care to admit, but have had an overall positive experience. Pros - They have a front desk and the woman who usually staffs it is helpful and very knowledgeable, they take appointments and generally can take you within a day or two if you're willing to give them the car for the day, they're transparent about pricing, and the mechanic usually calls to discuss any work and the estimate before proceeding. We've had no surprise charges or unwanted work done. They also do inspections. We also had a repair issue that needed to be repeated and they honored the warranty for the very expensive part with no questions. Overall they're very communicative and transparent. Cons

I've been going to Erickson's for years. They have taken care of any and all issues, from simple oil changes to more complex repairs as needed. They don't overcharge you or convince you to have unnecessary work done! They have always been courteous and professional. Thank you Angela, Alex, Terry and all your wonderful staff!!
