I had body work done here in 2022, and recently the aftermarket headlight that was installed started hazing and fogging. When I brought it up, Ernie went through the original paperwork and realized the claim had originally listed an OEM headlight even though Geico had denied it and only approved aftermarket, and at that point Geico wasn’t planning to cover anything else. Instead of brushing it off, Ernie personally called them and went toe to toe with multiple representatives until they understood what happened. Because of his persistence, Geico honored their coverage and approved a brand-new OEM headlight. Came to this location to have them help me with a flat, to find out one of my lug nuts was not screwed in all the way. So they had to well off to get my lug nut taken off of the tire.. I would definitely Recommend this location to anybody that is needing help with their car or having issues with their car. I was very thankful and blessed for them to be able to help me completely, again, I completely recommend this location. I turned into this place by accident while looking for another body shop nearby and it turned out to be one of the best mistakes in a long time. First thing I observed was how quickly everyone was to take care of me. Everyone in the office area was either actively helping someone in person or helping someone on the phone and they didn't waste any time between customers and got to me quick. Took me out and photographed my damage (I hit a deer) and had an estimate to me within minutes - that was legitimately $4,000 cheaper than I'd received at caliber collision (that original estimate was the reason I was looking for another body shop) Explained they'd potentially find more damage as they pulled stuff off but gave me a ballpark amount that I was stoked to hear. Looking for a body shop that will treat you like family? Stop looking you found it. This was my first time experience with Ernie's Body Shop and from the start I was totally impressed. From my first call and speaking with Andrea, who is I an upmost professional at handling and routing all customers issues, to working directly with Ernie and Juan who provided me weekly updates and concerns on the repairs. Everyone here you can tell has a mission and a purpose to get us back on the road safely as soon as possible. At the end of completing the repairs on my car they went as far as cleaning and detailing my car to a perfect shine! This is now my new place for auto and body work on my vehicles. I would highly recommend this place, Ernie helped me and my girlfriend significantly dealing with everything including the insurance and the bank even taking the time to call them and figure everything out. They made us feel like actual people and not just a number. Great people! Transparent! And just genuinely good people.
