I noticed a man repairing a windshield on a very large motorhome and stopped and asked if and when he might have time to repair a rock chip on my windshield. “Dewey” made time right then and there to explain the process and price, and even though it was the day before Thanksgiving, he fixed my windshield right after he was done with the MotorHome. Price was reasonable, quality great, and I can’t emphasize enough how great he and the team at Eugene Windshield Repair are for customer service! I will be back. Thank you again.

It's always refreshing when you encounter a business who knows what they are doing, and has a genuine concern for the customer's experience. Eugene Windshield Repair was able to sort out a rock chip on my windscreen in no time at all. The thing I was most impressed with was that they did not over-promise and under-deliver... instead they set my expectations up-front! They had a demo piece of glass showing the different damage types and the corresponding repair: "Here's what a repair like your's will look like. As you can see, it's not perfect, but if you're not looking for it, you won't see it." That reassurance and expectation-setting was precisely what I needed. I am so happy with the results, and the overall experience. If you've got a rock chip or crack, don't let it sit and wait.

Excellent experience! Highly recommend them for repairs. Today they quickly repaired my chipped windshield and coordinated with my insurance company, not even sure it took 30 minutes. Knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly. Should I have another windshield chip, I’ll be back.

Eugene Windshield Repair refurbished the headlights on my van and I was beyond pleased with the results. Totally a class act from everyone I worked with.
