There was never any pressure, and he followed through on everything he said he was going to do while making sure everything was right before we took delivery. Chris made the financing process easy and communicated with us every step of the way. Hunter, the technician, was patient and professional, answered all of our questions, and made us feel like no question was a dumb question while showing us the ropes of our new RV. First thing to note. We are and have been full-timers for 25+ years. We recently decided to switch from 5th wheels to a Super C. After looking at several at various dealerships and being very disappointed in the units and or the dealerships. We were ready to give up and stay with our 5th wheels. That's when I stumbled on to an online ad with a beautiful 2022 Renegade Verona LE. It was at Royal Coach Sales in Eugene Oregon. I called the number and spoke with "Dan". We made an appointment and drove up to find not only the BEST Super C for us, but the BEST and most different dealership we have EVER encountered. After purchasing our coach from another dealer and doing a walk through, I knew right away we needed to find a good service center that could take care of our coach. I was referred to Royal Coach and WOW what a great choice that was. Darrel and his service department where friendly, professional, and very efficient. The sales and service from Danny and the staff is amazing! I told Danny what I was looking for and my price range. Not only did he find me an amazing coach, he priced it in my budget. His crew cleaned and inspected everything before I picked it up. Danny always answers my calls with questions and is there to help anytime, even on weekends. No where else will you get the attention Royal Coach gives their customers! I will never buy from anywhere else.

Dan, Chris and the whole crew at Royal Coach Sales are the real deal. Extremely well-versed (have been in the business forever), and as I understand it, started Royal Coach Sales to provide a no BS, common-sense, and super honest approach to helping customers find their next RV. My family and I are out-of-state and had been patiently combing the region to find the perfect slightly-used Class C motorhome. We found the unit via RVtrader and then pivoted over to the seller's site. Enter Royal Coach. From the responsiveness, to customer service, to ensuring that we were taken care of then entire process, Dan and his team are legit. They even set us up with a night at a local RV site after I told them about our itinerary and how we we planning to get into town from out of state, etc. Lastly,
