I had an excellent experience at Mad Auto Repair! Jeromy the owner went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of properly without adding any unnecessary repairs or charges. It’s rare to find someone so honest and dedicated in this business—he truly looks out for his customers. The service was efficient, transparent, and professional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning for any future car work and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Happy to find Mad Auto repair shop. Fast service, reasonable prices, quality work, diagnostics and repairs are done right. Jeremy, the owner, is knowledgeable and honest mechanic. He doesn't offer "to rebuild" your car, unnecessary "repairing recommendations". I used his service twice (year apart, my car 18 years old), referred to my friends and everybody is happy. 10/10! Last week our Ford Transit van died out of the blue at work and left me in a bit of a bind. I called Mad Auto and they quickly got on task, arranged for a tow(discounted even) and Jeromy the owner had it up on lift, diagnosed and repaired a couple hours later! Totally saved the day and we will be back for sure and recommend Mad Auto! Update…last year, a frozen injector from driving through high water left me stranded 3 hours north. I had van towed to MAD, had to sleep in parking lot. Woke up, talked to Jerome and he had me up and running a few hours later. Absolutely amazing service and integrity. Thank you for helping me out of a jam!

I’ve been going to Mad Auto for a while now and feel confident in saying that I trust these fellas 100% with all of my vehicles. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward with the work that they do. They also charge a decent price for the services that they offer compared to other shops in town. Also, a bonus in my own experience is that when you walk in, you’re NOT greeted by sales reps who potentially may try to pressure you or perhaps someone trying to sell you bull****. You’re greeted by Jeremy who is the shop owner and a really knowledgeable mechanic who will be working on your vehicle. He will listen to your concerns that you have with your vehicle, as well as provide you with straightforward feedback. Overall great experience at this shop.

Most importantly, Jeromy does honest business. He did a great job on my vehicle (which had several issues), was very communicative throughout the process, and his prices are very reasonable. Above all else, I appreciate his honesty and straightforwardness, and his willingness to go above and beyond. 10/10 - highly recommend.
