This was genuinely the best experience i’ve had with work done on my car, I went to a place previously and to have my bumper replaced…paint was peeling off not even 3 months later. It looks like an entirely new car. Jose and Josh were amazing and I can’t recommend them enough. Honest, kind, genuine and thoughtful people. They had even recommended me another place for a second opinion, but i’m super happy I chose to come here instead. Very happy customer and will 100% be returning if i ever have another issue. :)

Kiefer Collision Center was awesome from start to finish. Being in an accident is stressful enough, but they truly had my back the whole time. They handled all the insurance stuff (which I did *not* want to deal with), kept me updated every step of the way, and somehow returned my car looking so good you’d never know it was ever damaged. Huge shout-out to Jose and his team for doing an amazing job—pretty sure my car came back better than before. Highly recommend!

This place should honestly be the standard for any auto body shop. I checked out five different shops in the area, and Kiefer Collision Center was the only one that actually gave me a printed quote with a real number on it. Every other place just threw out a verbal estimate that probably would’ve changed later. Kiefer gave me a solid quote in under 10 minutes, and that same number ended up being the final price. No surprises or games. The whole team was super accommodating too. They called me before my repair date just to touch base, and they even drove me home after I dropped my car off, which blew my mind. After going through a stressful situation, I’m truly grateful and blessed to have found a shop that genuinely wanted the best for me. They kept me informed every step of the way and were incredibly supportive whenever I had questions.
