Giving a 5* because this new crew they have and the front desk were so nice unlike the ones last year, they were rude. That’s why I did not take my car there anymore but I had to because I was told from Volkswagen that my water pump needed to be changed so I took my car back here. Johnny looked at my car and showed me everything what was wrong with it, with that being said he found other issues and water pump did not need to be changed. Volkswagen was trying to charge me with a water pump that did not need to be changed. They are Very respectful and helpful all staff.
