I brought my 2001 Audi S4 here for a clutch replacement and it turned into a disaster. The car was stuck in their shop for 3 months and my final bill was $7,892. The invoice was $3,867 in labor and $3,325 in parts (clutch kit, flywheel, hydraulics, seals, etc.), plus fees and tax. They had to pull the transmission twice due to bad parts plus misalignments. An incorrect diagnostic lead to costing me more then what was needed. The labor cost for a job like this was very high, and the turnaround time was unacceptable. When I got the car back, the work was sloppy: down stream O₂ sensors installed on the wrong sides, wires dangling, CV axle shields missing, Y-pipe held with zip ties, A dash trim piece lost, fuse panel trim cracked, missing bell housing bolt and a loose engine mount. I recentley moved to the area so they were my first choice when I needed a recent service. I’m very particular about who works on my car and they are great! Recently had new tires, coilovers, control arms installed. Very very happy with the work… clean, prompt and they have great communication! After the install, I got a check up call and they even noticed that I was overcharged!!! Can’t say enough good things, thank you!

I had a leaking center differential. This was my first time using EuroSense and I'm glad I gave them a try. I see that they have the tools and their professionalism is what I value alot. I'll be using them much more in the future. Great experience for me.

Initially contacted via email and Craig promptly responded and answered all my ECU tuning questions. Price was reasonable, staff friendly, and timing was only longer than the original estimate due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. So far I am happy with the upgrade and will definitely use Excelerate for future upgrades.

I have been coming to this shop for years and have had work done on 2 different cars. I have always been extremely happy with the work that was done. The staff always take time to answer my questions and have much experience for part recommendations.
