I was highly refereed to Prolific performance LLC, by my very good friend Kevin, after haveing a very bad experience else where. My nissan xterra truck needed a front end alignment, from the moment I called and spoke to Julie, I new how professional my experience was going to be. When I went to my appointment, Colter came out, shook my hand and introduced himself. He explained to me the steps and exactly what he was going to do and look for while serving my truck, and he did exactly that. I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Prolific! I brought them my custom build that had a botched tune from a different tuner and Colter took my factory tune and was able to retune the Tahoe so there was no more surging, stalling out when slowing down, flooding out and dying at red lights. I actually love my car again! His communication through the process was top notch too. Honestly i will not use another tuning/performance shop ever again! P.s. i have learned that tunes are like tattoos. Cheap tunes are not good and Good tunes are not cheap. Spend the money up front with Prolific so you don’t end up paying for a bad tune somewhere else and then have to have Prolific fix it anyways. Stop shopping and use Colter.

Prolific has been servicing our family's vehicles the last 4 years. (2014 Grand Cherokee SRT / 2015 InfinitiQX60). I've had everything from routine maintenance to brakes and larger engine repairs and staff is knowledgeable and highly trained. They are courteous, professional, responsive, and fair. I've gotten to know both the owner and office manger over the years and they always take the time to go through findings and recommended service. Highly recommend Prolific no matter what vehicle you own or service in need of.

Extremely thorough and precise. Had a simple brake job done but prices were fair for the job. Done on time and other problems were found, noted and fixed. Even though I only had a brake job, the shop looks capable of much much more for engine modifications and tuning. Would recommend Prolific to anyone.

Fantastic experience... highly recommend. Colter and team are professional and beyond reliable. Honest and skilled with the work performed. Exactly what you want in a mechanic.
