I had an excellent experience at Indian Neck Motors. I brought my car in because I was hearing an odd knocking sound in the drivetrain. Since I don’t have much automotive knowledge, I knew this could be a tricky and potentially expensive fix. However, Austin and his team made the entire process stress-free. Rather than jumping to replace parts that might not have been the issue, they took the time to do a thorough diagnostic and pinpoint exactly what was causing the problem.
