John did a great job repairing my car in a timely manner. He was responsive and communicative, very transparent with the whole process including charges and willing to customize the repair based on my preferences and needs. He was also very diligent with making sure the outcome looked as perfect as possible. And lastly John went above and beyond to help me with transportation when I needed a ride to drop off and to pickup my car, which was very helpful and kind for him to do. Highly recommend

John was very helpful, professional, kind, and knowledgeable!! John did a excellent job on my car repairs I never thought my car would look as good as it did because all the damage that was done in my bad motor vehicle accident. My car looks brand new and everyone is shocked just as I was. If there’s any mechanic to recommend in CT John would be my first and only option!!! I've now had occasion to bring two of our cars to John for body repair. He performed superbly each time. 1. His work is great. Both times the car came out looking like brand-new. 2. He takes the vehicles in when he's ready to work on them. I've had occasions where other body shops want the car days, or even weeks before they are ready to work on it. 3. He keeps you informed by text or phone call on the progress. That is greatly appreciated, especially if you have rented a replacement and need a timeframe for extending or returning. 4. He will go above and beyond to meet his commitments. He worked until 9 PM to finish a job for me. He will keep my business. I will always give my business to people like John, who performed superbly for reasonable prices.

I recently went to John for a scratch on my car. He was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I called before I stopped in and he stayed late to help me since I wasn’t able to make it in during his regular hours. When John looked at my car he knew exactly what needed to be done and told me what he was going to do to fix it. This was very reassuring as another auto body shop I visited told me there were no promises it could be fixed without a whole new pain job. John fixed the scratch for me right then and there so that I wouldn’t have to go out of my way to come back another day. John is a great at what he does and has incredible attention to detail. Can’t even tell there was damage to my vehicle. Would recommend his work to anyone!!!
