I had the pleasure and fortune to have been referred to EuroTech & Electric by a friend who also owns an identical model of a very unique EV. I'm certain that not only Sean and Rob worked on my 2014 MB B-Class EV Hatchback because one of the upgrades I asked them to do was not a simple job. They replaced the electric motor manifold with an aftermarket manifold that is made to correct a design flaw with this Tesla motor. Now, I feel that this great EV will give my wife and I many more years of great use. At the same time, Rob of EuroTech also installed an aftermarket backup camera that works seamlessly with the infotainment console in our car. Brought my Alfa Stelvio in this morning for an oil change. Josh had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Same goes for the amount I paid. ( The dealers service department wouldn't even be in the same ballpark...) I appreciated their acknowledgement that I wanted a OEM Alfa oil filter. And they used a proper Valvoline 0-30 Euro synthetic. It's all good...

Customer service like no other. Josh is truly one of the kindest and most helpful people you’ll ever meet. I brought my BMW 540i in with a major coolant leak, and he and his team quickly diagnosed the issue as a damaged radiator. They provided a clear invoice, and once I gave the go-ahead, they had the repair completed in just a few days. The car was back on the road and running perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I’m glad I chose this shop. This will be the only place I bring my car in the future (and with it being a BMW, probably sooner than later!).
