Nex Automotive was fantastic to work with from start to finish. I was referred to them by Maita Toyota, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From speaking with Jill to work with my insurance and getting my request approved, and scheduling my appointment to meet with Kiefer in person, everything went smoothly and professionally. Although they’re based in Rocklin, they came out to my home to complete the windshield replacement, which made the process incredibly convenient. I really appreciated not having to travel or rearrange my schedule. The team was kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and details of the service. I had a specific request for a Toyota Tacoma OEM windshield, and they were able to source exactly what I was hoping for. Jill

Was a great experience from my wife calling in and getting a quote last minute..then Jose the technician was really professional and explained everything..unfortunately they showed up with the wrong glass ..1500 not for a 2500 but quickly Jose got on the phone and had another technician bring the correct one...he made sure to vacuum all the glass up in my vehicle as well as on the ground..the price was competitive and we are happy..they also came out on Christmas eve...if I could give Jose and NEX Automotive 10 stars I would...thank you for your professionalism and a job well done...I will be referring them to friends and family.

I cannot thank Nex Automotive enough! My car started having issues, and I booked an appointment through RepairPal. As a mom of a toddler, I truly can’t be without a car, and I only had a rental for a few days. They called me first thing to get started and even finished my car a full day before my deadline. Tom was incredibly communicative and guided me every step of the way. He reassured me that he would thoroughly check my car and only complete the repairs that were actually needed… which gave me so much peace of mind. Nex Automotive is my new favorite glass repair shop. I was referred to them through an auto body shop that I trust. When I called Nex, Keith was calm, quick, friendly and precise. He walked me through next steps. I called Jillian next and she took care of everything and answered questions before I could ask them. She kept me updated during the process and made it easier whenever she had the opportunity. It isn’t often these days to work with a service company where they treat you like friends and family and really strive to make the process easier; not harder. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service. Kept abreast of every step my car was goin through. No surprise pricing, as a matter of fact the price came in lower than the estimate. Engine replaced in a timely manner. Think the receptionist and Collin should get a raise.
