I can’t begin to tell you how much I am pleased about having my car serviced here. I had read the great reviews and just had to give them a try. I have been having an ongoing issue with my front left suspension. A rattle every time I would turn left on an uneven surface. I had taken my vehicle to 4 other places and paid for the diagnostic fee. All could not duplicate the problem. I was a bit frustrated. So, I decided to give it a last shot here at Holt’s. Their service guy, (Dane), road with me to areas I could demonstrate the rattle. He heard it and diagnosed it. And it is completely gone from his repair after all these years. I recently had a rodent get up in my 2023 Toyota Tacoma's intake manifold and bite a few wires. I didn’t know what had happened and just saw the check engine light come on. As the truck is still under warranty I brought it to the dealership. They told me what had happened and gave me a quote for repair ($870). This seemed crazy to me so I called up Dane. He told me to bring the truck down and he will take a look. The experience was great. Very open about the process he would go through to take the manifold apart and to fix the problem. We took our 2001 truck with 375,000 miles on it for an AC rebuild. Dane, Jay, and Jodi are awesome. AC works great. Highly recommend them if you need diagnostics/work done.

Went in for brake inspection/repair. The price quoted is what I paid. Pricing was better than some other shop quotes. Repairs were done on time and with great quality. I am really happy with the service overall and the team that works there.

Never again will I come here. They said they will fix my car from over heating and charged me 500 in labor and repairs just for my car to over heat again. When I called them back in the morning they wanted to blame me for car over heating still when I paid them to fix my car they said will do another diagnostics on my car but would charge me more money for the new repairs.
