Professional, quick, and thorough. I took my 2017 Ford Focus in because of a noise I was hearing when I accelerate from low speeds. To help pinpoint the problem, they sent one of their team members with me while I drove around so they could better identify and resolve the issue After taking my car into the shop, they let me know my car was otherwise in good shape, and that the issue may be related to my transmission (which didn't surprise me because it has been a continous issue I've had) and recommended I have a transmission shop check it out While I'd expect to be charged since they did a full inspection of my vehicle, they were kind enough to not charge me for it since they didn't find

I travel all across the country for work and I was in town visiting family. This shop is about an hour away from family but it looked really great online so I decided to give it a shot. I took my 2018 ford f250 in for an upper oil pan leak and was going to use my after market warranty. This truck has previously had an upper oil pan leak at the beginning of this year but long story short I got to take it back to we’re I had it done the first time. All the employees were very helpful and called my insurance to try and figure out everything for me. Wish I could have had them do it the first go around. Super helpful, Very friendly, Very knowledgeable. Will be going here if I ever need work done and will recommend to everyone.

I’ve been going to Scotty for years and if you are looking for a reliable mechanic in the area, look no further. Customer service is fantastic! I drive all the way from Sacramento just to see him! While getting my tires changed out big O tires they tried to quote me four grand for a minuscule leak in my engine… after taking it to Knutz, Scotty ended up fixing the problem for free. It was a tiny bolt that just needed to be re-siliconed. I am in shock! Thank you Scotty! Lifetime customers!!

Sam, Mike and the whole crew is awesome. Very honest and reliable services. Gotta say they are the master's of Ford Diesels. Had an issue with my 6.0 powerstroke and they figured it out and it runs like a champ now. If you got a Ford Diesel this is the only place to go to.
