EverTrue - The Willows at Brooking Park

Our family looked for over 5 years for a independent facility for our parents that had assisted living with memory care. We had deposits at 2 locations in Chesterfield and choose The Willows after Andrew spent time to get them into the right apartment. We have been impressed with the staff running the Willows. Shelly and Andrew are caring people that make sure all is well. We have had several trips to the hospital and the watch band was huge in getting them care asap. My parents have made so many friends and have constant dining room companions. There is so much to do on site and they will take them places if needed. The biggest benefit is having the hospital and doctors close by. We have a large family and stay at the apartment that you can book for nightly stays if coming in from out of

Chef Phil, Just wanted to comment on the dinner that you offered for the St. Andrews Golf Outing auction. A lucky eight of us won the prize! When we sat down for the dinner last Monday night we knew that we had a great night in store, but it turned out to be truly fantastic. Between the food, your comments, the marvelous service (Melody was great as always), and the delightful conversation of a group of Willows friends, it was truly a night to remember. Chef Kacee’s part was also great - his salad was super good. The topper, of course, was the menu. What an absolutely delightful mix of flavors and textures all washed down by some superb wines. After what I saw on a recent delivery I had here, I’d be very concerned if I had a loved one staying here. Not only was ‘Charlotte’ at the front desk completely and unnecessarily rude, but she was wearing her mask around her chin with her mouth and nose uncovered. When I told her I was there for a delivery for one of the residents, she asked me to repeat what I said several times and told me to take my mask off because she “couldn’t hear me” although I was near shouting and repeated myself multiple times. Regardless of your political affiliation, this demographic is the MOST likely to become seriously ill from COVID. As the receptionist who comes in contact with everyone coming in or out of the facility, it’s her job to do everything she can to keep the residents safe & healthy during this

My parents moved out of the Willows over 2 years ago. We were repeatedly assured before we signed the move-in contract that we would "be made at least whole" - i.e. be refunded at least all of our entry fee of $655,000. As of today - over two years after moving my parents out - who BTW died last year - I have yet to receive any refund of their entry fee at all. And the latest maximum possible refund - according to the latest "offer" St. Andrews Resources for Seniors allegedly is negotiating - will be only around $500,000. I believe my family was victimized by fraud-in-the-inducement when we signed, and I further believe St. Andrews' finances would not stand up to legal scrutiny.
