This is the worst place to take your car for any kind of service or repairs! They are extremely unprofessional and will never keep you updated regarding repairs and pricing. They totally take advantage of women not being knowledgeable about cars and the service manager KEVIN is just as bad at not being able to resolve any matters that have been escalated to him. This dealership has had are car for over FOUR months!!! we have been given several different prices regarding repairs, our car has sat on the lot for months, and the “ repairs “ only began once I began calling wanting to know when the vehicle would be ready.
