Exclusively European

Picked up a used Macan GTS and took it to Exclusively European for a full health check, routine maintenance, and a few cosmetic upgrades. The work was top-notch and the customer service was exceptional. I’ll definitely be back.

I highly recommend Exclusively European! I had previously only used the dealership to service my 7 year old BMW and was always very happy with the service. However, when I received a substantial quote for a needed repair, a friend recommended that I check this company as he knew others who used and were very happy with them. I was able to get an appointment right away and Paul Davis the GM and Dov the assistant manager and the technician who worked on my car could not have been more helpful and professional. To top it off, they are right here in Mt Pleasant, they were extremely thorough in their inspection and their price for the same work was only 2/3 of the dealership’s!

EE always does a great job. On time, explain things to you, and don’t recommend repairs/prevention that aren’t necessary. Have used them for over 20 years on various cars. Tried another BMW repair place several years ago for convenience (I don’t live in Mt P)…they quickly proved themselves an inferior repair shop. Returned to EE and am happy to travel the extra distance.

My experience was pretty good. I recommend by my wife to take my car there because you always take hers but so far so good. The service was great. The car's running perfectly and I had to get a new engine but I had the car back for a few days now and it's running very very well. Thank you

We own a ‘98 Porsche Boxter; our local Porsche dealer said our car was too old to work on, but Exclusively European could. They keep us posted on work progress, remind us of upcoming recommended service and what I appreciate, the service work is recorded on Carfax. I think this is important because I can review all previous work on the car but it is also a record of the maintenance for future owners and mechanics. If you want your European-built car treated with TLC and you want to be kept informed of work progress, Exclusively European is the place to go.
