This dealership is horrible. We are a business in Wallingford close to them. We bought a brand new truck for our business purchase a $4700 extra warranty that was supposed to start after the five-year manufacturer warranty at five years in one month our vehicle that only had 60,000 miles and was maintenance by executive the engine blue And they do not want to help. They said the extra warranty we bought shouldn’t have been sold to us and left us out to dry. Do you want to buy a vehicle from a company like this? It is owned by the Orsini’s who are obviously all about money And not about their customers go to another Dodge dealership or any of the other dealerships that they own

After 20 years I needed a new car. I wanted to try something totally different. During the process my wife rented a Kia ev6 and said that I had to try it out that it was amazing. So I did and it was an amazing car. So I did my research and happened to stumble upon Executive Kia where I was introduced to a Sohee Ahn who introduced me to the ev6 GT. SHe made buying the car a very simple and easy process. Went over all the details of all the things that I qualified for buying a new car. Also buying an all-electric car with 576 horsepower. The entire staff was very friendly and helped me to facilitate the transaction and today I drove home my first new car with 0 miles home. It is amazing. The experience that they gave me was amazing and I am very grateful. Thank you for making this experience

All of my experiences with Executive Auto Group have been great. I had my Kia Forte serviced here, I traded it in for a new Kia Sportage and had a pleasant experience, and I now get that car serviced here. It's currently in the Executive Body Shop because of a collision and I hope to report back that my car looks great when it's done.

Make sure you look closely at your contract, ask them if there's anything in the contract outside of your car, such as a warranty you might not have to add, anything like that. If the sticker price is $16,000 and you come in with 2000 cash, your loan should not be 24,000 but that's what mine was. Some of that is related to credit and some of it is related to them taking advantage of someone not reading everything. Since I had someone else picking up the car and they were the signers, they made a few mistakes so it wasn't entirely dealers fault. Otherwise very good with service and everything else.
