Routine oil change and maintenance service requested on Thursday, online, and booked for that Saturday morning. Greeted with a smile by Service Advisor, Max Pieper, and the service and experience was swift and efficient. Always a good experience with Max and Team. The visual inspection (this time provided by Cody) was thorough and informative as always.
I visited the Wallingford location on Monday for an oil change and I also had my tires rotated and a four-wheel alignment which all total $267.69. today is Thursday and I have no windshield wiper fluid. I thought all fluids were supposed to be topped off during an oil change. I should have kept my original appointment in the Milford location instead of switching it to Wallingford.
The team is incredibly kind and very helpful. Max gave great suggestions for resolving some car issues and I truly appreciate his honesty.
Once again, Max and the service department did a fantastic job working on my Tahoe. Highly recommend Executive Chevy!
