Executive Collision Center

I unfortunately been in about 3-4 car accidents but every single time I ONLY trust Executive Collision Center! When you have to check in to drop your car off, they explain everything well to you and then they make getting a rental super easy. If the rental is not directly there for you, they have an employee drive you to the rental place. Executive Collision of course gives you an estimate date when your car should be ready but if the date is getting closer and it is still not ready they make sure the call and communicate what is going on and why. Also, if there is more damage to your car and they want to fix it they will go out their way and contact your insurance company to make sure that it gets fixed! April 30, 2024 My daughter bought her 2018 Jeep Wrangler at Executive Jeep in Wallingford Ct. a few years ago. Last year she pointed out paint bubbling on all four doors and other areas. After some research it appeared this is a common problem with the Wrangler resulting in an extended factory warranty. I took it to Executive Collision Center and spoke with Manager Jeff Clark who confirmed the warranty coverage and that he was handling approx. 80 other Jeeps with the same issue. Although it took months on a waiting list to get her car in we thought it was reasonable given the magnitude and supply chain issues. They ended up replacing all four door panels and sending over 200 pictures to Jeep to assure warranty coverage. They painted the whole car all under warranty for a Jeep

If you pay out of pocket, is outrageous. A simple scratch on my family’s car is $2400! Insurance would look at it and say no way. Don’t go here if not covered by insurance. They will rip you off

After getting struck by another motorist, my car needed some light repair on the bumper and wheel. This place made it look like the accident never happened, and gave my car back to me much cleaner then when I dropped it off. Celeste was very helpful explaining everything and answering my questions as I was dropping off and picking up the car. Great place to go if you're in need of repairs.

They did an excellent job on our Honda Pilot. You can't even tell there was any prior damage. Not only were the repairs done right, they were done promptly as the car was back when promised.
