I had a really disappointing experience with Executive Jeep Wallingford.I leased my 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S about five months ago and started experiencing issues, so I brought it back to the dealership for service. My vehicle was there for three days and I received very little communication or updates during that time. When I finally picked the car up, they wouldn’t even provide me with paper copies of the service details, which I found extremely unprofessional. About a month later, the service light came back on again. I decided to bring it to Executive Jeep of North Haven instead, and the experience was completely different. I have been going to this dealership for 20+ years, and yet to have a bad experience. I have bought and serviced all my trucks here, and I would not go anywhere else. The service department is always accommodating, and explain everything. Yeah I know you can get oil changes at these quick lubes, but the deals you get here are so much better it’s worth the extra time.

Great dealership no pressure showed me what the best options we're on finances and getting out of my hole being upside with high mileage. The salesman was Andrew super nice and no pressure at all. Delivery was the same day. Would definitely recommend and a great deal supposedly.

I have to give feed back!! I had a horrible experience with being a first time customer of Kia. I came in for a with an issue with my sons vehicle and Taylor was useless !! I was so frustrated especially knowing how service in a dealership works as I worked I. Many ones. I was so thankful that I was able to have the opportunity to work with the service manager Carl he had the situation better in seconds I do thank you for assisting me with all my concerns!!
