I recently brought my car in for a recall at Kia in Meriden, and the service was absolutely outstanding. The team was highly communicative from start to finish, clearly explaining the recall and keeping me updated throughout the process. I called and spoke to Nick and scheduled an appointment to do a diagnostic on my car @ the newly renovated Wallingford location, to get a second opinion on what I was told was wrong with my car. I arrived, talked to Nick, used their car service and was taken to work. Throughout the day, Nick was calling me informing me of what was wrong with my car, giving me estimates of what everything was going to cost and worked with me as far as any discounts to save me money. All the repairs were completed the same day, the car service picked me up from work, and brought me back to the dealership. It wasn’t long at all for me to pay my balance and get my keys. I was very pleased with the service.

Rick was combative and tried to get me to spend unnecessary money at the time I went for service. I have family that work on vehicles, a customer shouldn't be told lies on what should be done to their vehicle in order for the service area to gain profit. Taking advantage of females coming to service their cars thinking they don't know better is wrong. Also after waiting 2 hours for a simple fix I'd like to add with hardly any communication until over an hour in!! I've never had an issue up until this incident. I'd like to add I only went there due to a warranty I had that I also had to go back and forth about. This is why when my vehicle needs an oil change I surely won't bring it there. I hope I never have to bring my vehicle in for service there again as profit seems to be the main conce

I have been a regular customer at Executive Kia, and have always been satisfied, until today. I, or members of my immediate family, have purchased three vehicles from Executive Kia, and we always have our cars serviced there. My impression of that organization changed today (11/11/2025). I brought my 2017 Kia Sorento in for a check engine light being on. I was first taken aback that there would be a $170 diagnostic charge, which seemed steep. The car's computer was returning a diagnostic code consistent with an emission system problem. It was the same code that occurred when Executive Kia replaced my evaporator canister on 3/31/2025. On that day, when I picked up my car after the canister was replaced ($784), the check engine light was still on. The service advisor had the tech loo

RICK is the BEST. I'm absolutely happy with the service provided , always outstanding and caring I have no complains ! My carnival 2023 was purchased back in 2022 and so far I have had No problems with it AT ALL!!
