HUGE LET DOWN. I spent hours searching around the web, hoping to find a reliable place to perform a diagnostic. I was so excited to call and take my truck into this place after reading all the good reviews on Google. I called over the phone and made an appointment for hard shifting I'm experiencing when driving and was scheduled at 9AM. After hanging up, moments later I was called back and asked if it was okay for them to keep the truck for a few hours so that the mechanic who was "really good at 10-speed transmissions" could look at it. They also set the expectation that the diagnostic would only take 1 hour. I agreed that was fine. Appointment day - I drop my truck off at 9AM. I finally receive a call at 3:00PM. Bring your Subaru here! These guys do terrific diagnostics and explain things clearly. No nickle/diming here. Just solid work and fair prices. Way better experience than other local shops, and the dealership.

Had struts replaced on 2020 Palasade. Struts started squeaking. Took it back and they warranted the struts and replaced them today. Service was quick and done right. Stuff happens, it's HOW you respond that matters. We found ourselves a repair shop that we trust. Thanks guys.
