Expert Car Care- Winter Park

I had my first experience at Expert Car Care in Winter Park. I went in with my flat tire/spare tire situation around 9am and spoke to Jay. He was attentive and helpful. He listened throughly and gave me what I felt was a fair quote to do all the work needed. I felt very comfortable with the environment, quality, and quote so I decided to not look any further. I had my new tire in same day, and I have a bit of a unique tire so I was surprised and pleased at this. I went back in for the service later and was greeted by Jared. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My daughters enjoyed the provided cookies and worked on their homework in their nice waiting area while the work was being done. Great services I had a great experience at this mechanic shop. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my car before doing any work. The service was fast, fairly priced, and the quality of work was excellent. My car runs better than it has in a long time. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this place definitely earned my business. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and dependable auto service. Matthew was really helpful and professional. They definitely know what they’re doing and he made the process really easy and fast. If I could give zero stars as a google review I would. But I am appalled at the quality of the work they did, the time it took and the lack of professionalism these “mechanics” showed me. I brought my car in needing to fix a few oil leaks, and my air conditioning. They did not fix the leaks and I had to bring the car back to have them “re fix” my AC. They sold me on a starter (that didn’t need replacing) as well as a fly wheel that I wasn’t aware needed fixing. Keep in mind too, they ran a $400 diagnostic, and told me to come back when the AC started blowing hot again at my initial inquiry. They told me about the oil leaks and AC (which I knew, and why I brought the car in). They didn’t mention anything else. They had my car for 3 weeks on and off, and it costed me over $3000 to “fix” the

I've been going to Expert Car Care since 2001 and have had a great experience every time. I keep coming back through four different cars, everything from tires to tie rods, electrical, radiator, etc. I'm done my research and not only do they do the best work around but they typically have the best prices. My most recent experience I came in for a simple nail in the tire, which they repaired for free all while I sit the fresh warm cup of coffee in the (relatively) new and updated lobby. Thanks, especially to Jared for taking such excellent care of me and my car.
