Express Lane Oil Change

Driving through and needed to get my oil change. In an effort to support local businesses, I stopped at this local establishment. Two hours later and I am a rest stop trying to "Jerry Rig" my skid plate in place so I can get to my next job. As you can see from the picture, they didn't screw the plate back and it ended up in my radiator fan. I hope, for their sake, there is no further damage done. Frustrated, I called and the could have cared less. UPDATE: Story time, Skid plate ripped off my car going down 80/90 northern Indiana and I find myself on the side of the road again. It appears the skit plate was attached with 1/4 of the hardware that I drove into the shop with. Went a few weeks ago for an oil change and had a great experience. Quick & everyone was very nice. Noticed an issue of a small leak a few weeks later & they fixed an issue I had with a faulty gasket. They were very accommodating & I highly recommend!

Got oil changed, the oil plug was not tightened. Lost all oil. Company is garbage and would not take responsibility. Terrible customer service!!!!

I have been here in the past and service was great. Went today to get an oil change, they didn't check my air filter until I asked about it and they claim they don't have in stock to replace. Told me that dextrose is a fancy word for full synthetic oil and it's what my car requires when my owners manual and cap say different. The only thing they didn't try to sell me was a transmission flush but said it needed to be done soon. I will not be going back for any services in the future as they seemed like it was a bother to check my filter and perform other services on my car

The guy that worked on my car was fine. Not super friendly but not really rude either. While I was getting my oil changed another worker came in with some food *thats fine.. ik they need to eat lunch* but when he saw my car and another next to me he started cussing. He slammed his food down on a table and continued to cuss as he walked across the front of the cars. I was very uncomfortable and he was very rude. He acted as though me and the other car were an inconvenience. Sorry... didn't mean to interpret your lunch..evin though you sat down a few minutes later and ate.
