Had a great experience at the lees summit Oil Express today. The service was fast and easy, and the staff was very helpful. Syd and Dacodah really stood out. They were patient, informative, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole visit feel comfortable. You can tell they care about doing a good job. I will definitely be coming back.

Nathan handles my car with care. Is quick and gets me right in with no problems. I show up 30 minutes before close and they still make time for me. No issues and car is running great. They are also funny nice guys. Best place in Lee’s Summit hands down. I’m so glad they opened up over here!!!

The DMV required an inspection on a 2023 Ram 1500 because the dealership inspection was over 30 days old (out of state title). They fit me in on a busy day!! Great service!!

Not sure why your employees are telling customers that it’s illegal to do vehicle inspections after 3pm. Firestone will do the inspection after 4pm. Missouri regulations (overseen by the Missouri State Highway Patrol under Title 11 CSR 50-2) require public inspection stations to operate at least 8 continuous hours per day, 5 days per week during their normal business hours. However, the state does not mandate a specific closing time or prohibit inspections in the late afternoon/evening. The exact hours are set by each individual authorized inspection station (e.g., auto shops, dealerships, or service centers), and many operate until 5 PM, 6 PM, or later.

The location in Raintree was fast, efficient, and did not try to push services on me. The staff was very friendly. The last time I went to a quick oil change facility, most of the clips to my skid plate were not replaced, causing it to fall down on my way home. They gave a printed sheet of the services due for my car, which was nice. I highly recommend coming here for car services needed for maintenance!
