I had an excellent experience at Express Oil on Thornton Rd in Lithia Springs, and I specifically want to recognize Justin G for his outstanding customer service. From start to finish, he explained everything to me in a way that was clear, honest, and easy to understand never rushed, never condescending, just professional and genuinely helpful. What really stood out was his friendliness and courtesy. He didn’t just tell me what was going on with my vehicle; he made sure I understood why it mattered. On top of that, he took the time to educate me on a dashboard setting/tool I didn’t even know existed, which is something most people would never think to show a customer. I have been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed. Not only are they efficient but are personable and professional. I don’t know about the other locations, but the one on Thornton Rd. Is my go to. All the people that work there are great, but I have had Justin G. work on my car a couple of times now and he is great.

I go to the location on Thornton Road in Lithia Springs every time I need an oily change or rotation and they are hands-down, the best most professional shop I’ve ever been to in particular their technician. Donald is very knowledgeable and friendly and basically very pleasant to deal with. Can’t say enough about these guys’s great work. I recommend them to everyone I know.!!!!

I always receive great service when I come to this location to get my oil change. Justin was amazing. He was super likable, friendly, and had great communication skills. I really enjoyed our encounter. Plus, he took the time to give me knowledge on what my car could use in the near future.

This is the only place I will get my car serviced. Super nice and professional team that make me feel very comfortable as a woman who has been given bad experiences with mechanics. Evan (the manager i think) was handling a full parking lot like a pro today as it was very busy. After it calmed down a bit, he chatted with my dad and I and was cracking us up. 10/10 service.
