Today was my very first visit and I was not disappointed. Previously, I've had service and quality issues with Jiffy Lube and Gateway. I was a little skeptical to try another place but I searched Google and read the reviews. Super quick service and a lot of laughs and fellowshipping with the guys while they worked. Thank you Jeremy, Tyler and especially Mike for your awesome customer service and making this experience quick and seamless. I'll definitely be back for my next oil change. Great team!

I called over the phone to inquire about an oil change, Shane was very friendly and courteous and answered all of my questions! After leaving work, I rushed there before they closed and was greeted promptly by Mike. Mike was absolutely amazing! As a new customer he made my experience seamless. The wait was not long at all. Mike handled all of my paperwork, cleaned my windshield while the other guys changed the oil. He also checked some other things under the hood and replenished the air in all 4 of my tires. They have gained a long-term customer!

My wife went in for a simple misfire code on a 2008 Chevrolet Impala. JC was the technician and told her that we have a bad transmission. I am a s e master certified and have been for more than 40 years. I already knew what it was and asked if someone would put plugs and wires and coils on this vehicle. She was told she needs a $5,000 transmission it would be better to get rid of the car. Thank you JC Mr mechanic. And thank you RB Mr cashier. When I got back in town I put the plugs and the wires in the coils on it no issue. Just did a 2,500 mi trip to South Florida and back in this car. Transmission fluid is bright red and always has been. Because I take care of my vehicles. JC does not have a clue what he is doing. At best a horrible parts changer. You will never get my business again. No

Today was my first time, I was welcomed by Thomas & Shane, both spoke clearly and not the fast mumble jumble I get at other places trying to upsell constantly. The service was quick, I was given price options before they even started which I found very professional. They seem to really care about there customers. Will be back!!!
