Yesterday I went to get an oil change and it was very busy, but as soon as I pulled in I was greeted by AJ, who provided me a water bottle and provided amazing customer service. He was very kind and welcoming. When it was time for my oil change, Tank took care of me and he was excellent! This was my first time coming to Take 5, and my car had someone else’s information in the system. Tank quickly got everything sorted out and updated with my correct information with no issues at all. Overall, the service was great and they made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness. Thank you, AJ and Tank!
Xander (Hood/SVC Writer), Mike (Pit), Robert (Safety), Ashton (MoD) were PHENOMENAL. These guys assisted in making sure that my vehicle were properly serviced. The professionalism of these young guys needs to be acknowledged immediately. Take 5 Oil Change #1102 deserves 100-stars. I am a loyal customer and I must say that Matthew needs to be re-hired in order to make this fantastic group of guys complete👍🏾.
The staff was very attentive during their very busy Saturday morning. They made sure we were comfortable and did not get impatient. The guys that I had were very nice and very entertaining. I will definitely be back again. They did leave oil on the door handle of my freshly washed white car, but the experience was very well so I was easily able to overlook.
My customer experience was great. It was my first time ever coming to take 5 and I will recommend them to anyone. Damon did an amazing job and he was very professional and nice. John and Tanner also did amazing. They all helped me with no problems. Answered all my questions and even showed me how to check my oil.
My experience was wonderful. Xander was fantastic. He explained everything in terms I would understand. He also explained all the charges in detail. Everybody there was friendly. I intend to keep going back. The place I had been going to for a long time never explained things like Xander did. Totally pleased with my experience.
