Huge shoutout to Ashlon and KP at the car wash! These two are absolute professionals. They were friendly, hardworking, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to see Ashlon and KP again. Highly recommend! 🚗

Onsite staff are friendly and work really hard but the company”s customer service is poor at best. I emailed and called them MULTIPLE TIMES to address an issue I had with the car wash leaving little black spots on my finish. I sent pictures and video. I never heard back from anyone. The staff didn’t seem to know what to do. I finally decided to cancel my years long membership because it just wasn’t worth it. The wash was supposed to be a convenient timesaver but I would spend an hour trying to remove all the spots.

Best car wash I’ve been too! I’ve been to car washes where I leave (and pay more) with my car still dirty in spots. Not here!! Vacuuming and clean drying towels are a great bonus!

Quality service in difficult situation Our vehicle along with several others got caught in the car wash as the machine shut down. The 3 people I could see on duty were diligently working to get things up and running. We had to back out and were told our car would be sprayed off by hand. However soon the machine was operating again. So they directed us to renter the car wash. Every employee was very polite, apologetic, and professional! Shout out to Keyunna who talked us personally and guided us through this out of the ordinary situation.
