Greg was wonderful! He listened to my concerns. I had another automotive place tell me I needed a new motor. I got a second opinion from YTA and they quickly assessed the problem. It wasn't the motor. They fixed my van in record time, it seems. I'm so grateful for Your Town Automotive !

Greg and Tracy at Your Town Automotive are such helpful, genuine people. I feel that their pricing is fair and I’ve never left the shop feeling that I’ve been taken advantage of due to my lack of auto knowledge. I’ve had both my power steering serviced there as well as engine work. They have always provided a quick service and I will definitely go out of my way to take my car to Your Town Automotive. Also, the inside atmosphere and decor of the shop is so wonderful and homey! Not your generic auto shop. It adds a nice touch and I appreciate that.

I've never felt so at ease bringing my cars in for service. It's the first time in my life I go in for maintenance and feel anxiety free about how much I'll walk out paying after initially just going in for an oil change. I trust both Greg & Tracy to give honest recommendations & opinions. The techs are great too! I'm in the area temporarily. I wish I could pack them up & take them with me when im ready to move on 😄. Finding great & honest mechanics are extremely hard to find! Thanks guys! 😊

So while visiting family in OB my jeep got the electric parking brake stuck on. This is an electrical issue that is an issue with my jeep year and model. Apparently there’s a water leak in the cargo area that caused my EPB module (electric parking brake) to corrode due to water intrusion. I had heard great things about Your Town so I had it towed there. I kinda already knew what the problem was because I had spent a whole day researching it. I knew the part wasn’t expensive so I gave the go ahead to have it fixed. They also told me my brake hose was broke and low on brake fluid. I said go ahead and fix that as well. They offered a few extra services , one of which I said ok but as far as them finding and fixing the leak I said no I’ll do that once I get my jeep back. They told me 2-3 days

I’m so glad I found this place! They were very professional and courteous, patiently answering questions and addressing concerns. I knew what to expect and what my options were upon leaving my car. The problem was diagnosed extensively, and the work completed in a timely manner. There is a noticeable improvement in the sound and performance of the car, so I feel confident in the quality of work. I am a very satisfied customer!
