Thank you so much Dave & staff at Express oil change RBC location. I just moved here 4 months now & Dave was very helpful today with my tires, oil, fluids and my service engine soon light. He explained everything to me and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend this location and staff goes above helping you. Thank you again! Very happy to have a reliable service for my car.
Joesph was an excellent serve provider. I’m old & he was very proud & attentive to me needs. Thank him sooo much. Give him a raise. I don’t knows him but he made me feel special. Thanks Joseph
So, I take my car for an oil change, pretty standard. Oil is full when I leave. And somehow completely empty 30 minutes later. Whatever part of thier job they just failed to do, has just destroyed my car. Complete garbage. Go ANYWHERE else to get a simple oil change.
Chris was my attendant. He was super friendly. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes with a complete oil change. Good job!!
This was my daughter’s first time driving her own car to get an oil change and Alan at the Express Oil Change in Rainbow City, AL was a great help! He explained what the visit included (oil change, car inspection, etc) and showed her how to reset her car’s oil life monitor after the oil was changed. We would recommend this Express Change location.
