Raindrop Car Wash - Rainbow City

Washbox previous owners had an awesome thing going. It was nice to go through a wash that actually cleaned the vehicle thoroughly and evenly. Recently the quality of the wash has gone downhill and fast. I will be cancelling my monthly membership and hoping that the previous owners open another wash somewhere close

I visited Washbox today, and I’m not one to normally complain, but wow, this place really dropped the ball. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the staff couldn't care less about customer service. Nobody bothered to explain the services or even say hello. It was as if I was invisible! The place itself looked more like a dump than a car wash. There was dirt everywhere, and it made me question how clean my car would actually get. Spoiler alert: it came out looking the same as it went in, if not worse! I was expecting at least a little sparkle after spending my hard-earned cash, but it seemed like the staff took no pride in their work or their business. Had a monthly for me and my wife for a long time, it had steadily been going downhill and raindrop bought it out it went right down the drain, people that work there don't actually work, less soap all the time, I canceled my monthly service a couple weeks before it was due, that said it was canceled but took the money out of my account 2 weeks later anyways😡 It’s impossible to get anything but a robot on the phone, very frustrating!! Finally someone called back and said they will refund the money but still not done😡

Paid for a wash and hand wipe the tire dressing. Was told where to park for the dressing. Parked and waited, and waited. And waited. The two boys were more concerned with talking than wiping tires. Drove off....disappointed in level of service. Should have been someone from "management " on duty.

I arrived first thing in am and being a experienced car detailer I have my own stuff on hand like a big bug sponge. I asked if I could prep it as I know it has bugs on it sitting parked in my garage for a long time. They sprayed it and ran the sponge over a few places and sent it. I knew at that point it wasn't what I asked or got. I came out the wash and there it was the same amount of bugs on bumper I came with. I ended up taking to a female who then suggested go again. I advised I'll get bugs off myself then come through. This place doesn't have a true prep area. After returning the windex and towels I also noticed another vehicle covered in bugs and mentioned to her I had same issue. She wasn't happy with service either. The plus side part is wash Mat is good and vacuum with crevice
