Mrs. Terry is the absolute best they are blue collar people working for blue collar people. They go above and beyond big box stores on making sure every customer becomes I life long customer!!! 10stars if it was a option!!!

For me getting any repairs done on my vehicles or purchasing tires has never been a pleasant experience. So when I realized that I needed new tires and I needed them pretty quick, and I had a very narrow budget to work in, I started calling tire shops in my area and it was looking rather grim. I simply could not afford the prices they were quoting me. Due to some serious health issues concerning my daughter money is really tight for our family right not and so is our schedule. These people are phenomenal!! First, I went there last year with a nail in my tire. I just needed a plug. No one else in town that I went to would touch it. OK Tire plugged it and charged like $5. This week, I took a spare tire to them that had a slow leak and less than 2,000 miles on it. Others wouldn't touch it because it was over 3 years old. They replaced the valve stem and when I went to pick it up and asked what I owed them, she said "don't worry about it". Really???!!! I was shocked that this type of customer service still existed. I absolutely will buy my next set of tires there as they have more than earned my business
