After having an extremely troublesome appointment with another shop, I was immediately reassured of my choice to not leave my vehicle at the other shop and switch services here. Not only was the staff way more knowledgeable about my vehicle, but the service was quick and came with additional perks with a package deal on tires. Will absolutely be returning to this shop for future service on my vehicle.

Sean is very friendly and funny. There was a small mix up with a filter for my van but Sean caught it! We’re good! John was the shift manager and double checked everything. They do checks that the old place BJ’s I used never did. Extremely thorough!!

I called to get a price on an oil change before leaving to go out of town. I spoke to John and expressed my concerns about not knowing if I needed one since I recently bought the car used but would rather be safe than sorry. When I pulled up, John had already told Sean I was coming and what type of oil I needed. Sean and Shane were great. Shane was very thorough in explaining everything that they were doing as well as concerns and preventative maintenance in the future. John came out of the office and talked to me for awhile and thanked me for giving them a chance. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an oil change or tires.

The service is awesome. My mechanic was Shane and he answered all my questions that I asked and is very knowledgeable. 5 stars to the whole crew that work at the Waveland location store #3209. Thank you for all the hard work..

shane gave me an oil change and was able to tell me may things about my car that i did not even know myself. he is very knowledgeable and a good conservationist. great experience
