Buying a car from Gulf Auto Direct has been an amazing experience! The dealership and all staff are very knowledgeable about their vehicles and have helped me with any questions or concerns I had through the buying process. Olivia goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied! If I could give this company more than 10 stars I would! Very attentive to the customer's needs. Everyone there helped each other out which was very nice. I liked their business model which you saw was a good one. This is really learned as you go through the process of looking at at and inquiring about cars and pricing at other dealerships. (Bait and switch is definitely what becomes clear at other auto dealerships -for example - looking at the KIA Elantra, we found with people who reviewed dealerships with those types cars, you could clearly see a cheaper price but then they added on thousands of dollars in ALL kinds of fees.) Gulf Auto Direct wasn't like that! The car we bought was not the normal type of car we purchase. It was for our granddaughter. All the paperwork got done on time. Communication was exceptional! Absolutely the easiest car buying experience I have ever had... not even close. James was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure every question I had was answered. Olivia was there to provide assistance while James was assisting another customer. Justin was great and explained all the numbers. To top it off, they offered to deliver the vehicle the next day, which they did exactly on schedule. Can't say enough about this place. Next time I'm in the market for a used car, Gulf Auto Direct will be the first place I look!
