Walmart Auto Care Center

Good prices but they take way too long. I got there early in the morning, they said it would be 40 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes and i never got a text or notification. The employees don't seem to care.

Was asked to hold numerous times after finally speaking to someone. Asked for a quote on 4 tires installed on a truck and when they could do this. While speaking with me and apparently another person at the same time, was finally given a quote, or so I thought. As I wanted to schedule a day and time was now told that installation and tax was not included. Well that’s fine however, don’t quote me a partial price for the installation. Had I brought the vehicle in for the tires, would have had a nice surprise when payment was made. Would think installation cost would include labor and tax… just saying. A reason for the 3.1 rating

Every one was very pleasant and helpful. Technician was very helpful with tire advice. In and out in a timely manner. Overall, great experience

Called to ask about getting one of my tires changed due to running a godforsaken nail over and being on a total flat. Experience over the phone was exactly what I was looking for, considerate, informative, precise, and even asked for details so they could prepare in advance, I.E. Tire size, car, brand preference, etc. Quick and easy change within 20 minutes on a nice and easy day with not too much business. Obviously, anywhere you go that's busy is going to take more than your estimated time. Great place and people, will absolutely go again.

I recently visited the Auto Care Center at the Walmart in Waveland, Mississippi, and I was highly satisfied with their professionalism and efficiency. That James prompt, courteous, and provided excellent customer service. James took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle and offered fair pricing for the repairs.
