I cannot speak highly enough about Keith and his staff! I had steering/alignment issues. I requested an appointment online, they called back the same day and got me in on of the days that worked for my schedule. The work was complete and done right in a little under 4 hours. They were HONEST and their pricing was very affordable for the issues my vehicle had. They were efficient and explained things well and are just all around good people! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I can't thank Keith and his wonderful team enough for helping us last minute today. We were doing deliveries an hour away from home and got severe grinding and popping in one of our tires. It sounded like a very expensive repair and they found a rock stuck in the brake pad area. Popped it right out and it only cost $10. We are so grateful and so relieved. No wonder this location has such a high review. I did not get the name of the front desk lady, but she was super sweet. God bless this team

We blew out a tire on the highway outside of town. We called them and they got us right in and back on the road quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Review for General Auto Service Center: This review is easy, because Fairfield Tire and Service is just about the ideal service center for your car or truck. We lived in Fairfield Iowa for seven years and always had exceptional service for our family vehicles. We visit Fairfield regularly and I will never hesitate to bring my vehicle in for tires or service. Nobody likes going to the mechanic (let’s face it, it can be expensive), but I enjoy my experience coming here.

They are courteous, knowledgeable & take time to explain things. Keith & his crew, as well as the office staff, make me feel fortunate that I found them!
