My wife and I along with our two dogs had a major tire blowout near Fairfield Iowa as we were making our way to Florida. Thankfully AAA came to our rescue and used our spare tire and got us road worthy again. I was nervous about proceeding and asked if the driver could direct us to a place that could inspect our spare and our other tires and he directed us to Iowa Tire Sales in Fairfield Iowa. Betty and her son Turner could not have been more helpful and understanding of our situation. I am from out of town, and am here in Fairfield IA, for only a short time. I noticed a tire pressure alert on my dashboard, and soon after I checked the air pressure of all of my tires. I discovered one of my tires had lost a lot of air, and realized the tire was leaking. I contacted Iowa Tire Sales at the recommendation of a friend, and I'm sure glad that I did. Iowa Tire took me right in, without a wait, and promptly checked the tire in question for a leak, which turned out to be from a screw. The tire technician repaired my tire quickly and efficiently, patching the leak, such that the tire is like new again. I'm very pleased with their expertise, and with their reasonable pricing. My lady had four tires put on 3 months ago the front passenger Tire Worn out unevenly. The belt was showing and the drivers side started to do the same. Took it back up there for them to look and tell me what's going on and they didn't just looked at the passenger tire and recommended new tires for 400 dollars. I took the car to some other place and it needed a control arm. Why would I purchase more tires from you guys and those Worn-out within two to 3 months there's obvious something that's wrong with the front end?? then they over tighten the lug nuts too very poor service.

This place is amazing!!! We blew a tire coming to visit family and they got us in and out in less than 30 minutes, even though their lobby was packed full!!! The family business was courteous and kind. Best prices in town. They did not try to up sale or charge us a huge “emergency” fee like other shops quoted.

I purchased high image tires with them for my 2 yr old Chevy. Tires had 58000 miles on them put on the car at approx 25000. Tires are bald evenly across the center of all 4 tires. So Now because my husband did the tire rotation they are screwing me leaving me with the JUNK $1100.00 tires. (Oh and also tried to tell me my new car needed shocks!)Oh it doesn't by the way.
