I clipped a big buck and it took out the driveraide headlight on my car. It also bent the hood and the fender. I have full coverage so was planning on taking it to a shop. Mack's was recommended to me. Right away, super nice customer service and very clean office. They got me in quickly, hooked me up with a rental car service, and got to work. They did have to wait for parts, but that's from weather and insurance and being able to get the right parts. I just got my car back today and WOW! Looks great!! They also detailed it and just did a super job. I'd also requested a matching passenger headlight since the driver side would be new and they did it. Their excellent customer service made the process easy, even with insurance involved, and they went above and beyond by detailing the interior. This is THE place to get your auto body repair done in Jefferson County (or beyond!). I was able to bring my car in to be evaluated immediately after an initial phone call, then get an appointment within a few days to have the work completed. The office and building are immaculate and the staff are very competent and friendly. The precision repair was done quickly and perfectly! My car left there looking better than it did before the accident because they cleaned it inside and out before returning it after the repairs were completed. Top notch service! I hit a deer for the first time ever and after struggling with one auto body shop, I was referred to Mack’s. They were very attentive, great with communication and got my car in and fixed right away. Not only does it look like I hit nothing, they also detailed my car inside and out!
