I brought my boat in for a full detail on 4/24 and told Michael I would be back on 4/29 he said no problem would be done when I got back in town. When I got back in town I called, texted, no response. Went to pick up boat, had not been touched. Finally received a response on Monday. He apologized, blamed his employees and said it would be ready on Wednesday at the latest. He called Wednesday morning asked if I could pick up Thursday and I explained I was going out on the water Thursday, he then said it would be ready. I paid him over the phone, went to pick it up and it was filthy, not completed at all. Michael does an excellent job with our SUV and sedan. Our cars are like new after the detailing service.

Did not wash, did not clean the windows, did not completely vacuum the interior and did not even get the trash out of the side pockets!!!
