Very respectful people professional and quick I highly recommend it.

Edit: fast forward they must of gotten new management and I don’t like them! I feel like I got robbed for an oil change .. Great service, I went for an oil change and brakes today .. they advised I didn’t need brakes at this time because they were still good and also showed me they were still good. which I appreciated their honesty! Best part was I got a call from McCarthy a little later because they found my bank card outside the facility. Thank you Jason for everything! You guys have great hospitality and your honesty goes a long way and you will continue to keep my business .. McCarthy is very lucky to have you all!! I highly recommend

I dropped my car off for new brakes and an inspection. Upon dropping it off I was asked if I needed brakes and rotors or just brakes. I replied with just brakes. They call me shortly after I drop it off stating I needed new tires to pass inspection. That’s fine. It was almost expected! I go to pick up my car and he tells me my total comes to about 600$. I thought to myself “wow. That’s higher than expected.” I paid the bill and looked at the itemized receipt. They charged me for rotors anyway after I specifically told them only brakes. Their excuse was they also failed inspection for RUST! ! This is not only a bull excuse but also untrue. My grandfather is a mechanic and had looked at my car prior to dropping it off. Excellent service. I called at about 3 and took my car over and left by 4:30. They were the only place that could take me the same day I called (my alignment was that bad that it needed to be done ASAP). I got the alignment and needed a tie rod and they gave me a great deal and a discount on the alignment on top of it. They were honest and didn’t try ripping me off or adding charges upon charges nor did they try and rip me off and say I needed this that and the third done. A bonus is the staff are very friendly, polite, and willing to help you on the spot. If I could give them 10 stars I would without hesitation.

We got a flat tire on our way home from a wedding. The nail was in the tire and the air was coming out! Called 2 different places and was not able to get tire fixed today, called McCarthys and they said come over we will get you fixed up! 10/10 service they saved us !! Thanks Augustine!
