Fairway Subaru Parts

I'm writing this while sitting in the waiting room. Traveling from NC to NY via 81, my oil light came on. Thankfully these guys were within 20 miles of the light coming on. I took a chance and stopped by. I decided to to an oil change because it's due within 800 miles. My car was put into the shop in less then 10 minutes. Now I wait for it to finish. Gotta love Subaru service departments, they're always willing to do what they can to help in any situation I've encountered. Almost 600 miles from home, and still receiving great service!!!

Way over priced Dealer parts don't waste your time

Worst parts customer service I have experienced at a parts desk. Gentleman was insanely rude and unhelpful. Totally condescending. I would advise looking online at other dealerships or driving a bit further.
