This has been my go to mechanic for decades. You don't need to make an appointment, just show up and drop off your car. Most routine maintenance items are taken care of the same day if you get there first thing in the morning. They also have a key drop with envelopes that you can write down what you need done, and your contact info. Once they figure out what needs to be done, they give you a call with a price and any options. My only disappointment with Family Car Care, is that they no longer do oil changes on Saturdays.

These guys are the best. Every time I've brought my car in they have helped me to find a solution and taken the time to explain all aspects of the problem to me. They are patient and they really know what they are talking about. I am a grad student hoping to get a couple more years out of my car, and I feel that they treat me and my car with the same respect they would give to anyone. Extremely honest and affordable, multiple times I've picked my car up and the bill was $0 because the fix was something simple like removing corrosion from a switch and there was no part required. I can't say how much I appreciate them.

Tony welcomes you when you walk through the door and Brad my mechanic explained current issues as well as details of upcoming maintenance on my Subaru. Great service and all the great reviews are correct ! This is the best auto shop I’ve ever been to. I will definitely continue to rely on these guys for all my automotive work ! Thanks guys !!
