I cannot recommend Paul and the entire team at Gloucester auto body enough! From the moment I brought my car in, they were quick, professional, and genuinely kind. Paul even took it upon himself to set up my Enterprise rental for me — I didn’t have to do a thing. The whole process was effortless because he handled every detail. The turnaround time was unbelievably fast, and when I picked my car up — it looked showroom ready. Clean, polished and perfect work 100/10. I had the pleasure of working with Paul due to a recent car collision. Firstly, what an amazing group of guys. After a long and arduous journey trying to get in touch and deal with the insurance company, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Paul. Not only did he take all the middleman work into his hands, but he was very effective at communicating and getting the car back to me in a timely manner. What really stood out to me was that in less than 3 minutes of leaving the auto body shop, I was called by the car rental place with a scheduled rental car and I had my appointment set up to drop off my car at the shop. He was also kind enough to fix my stuttering window and misaligned seatbelt free of charge. All in all highly recommend and will definitely be back if I have any car troubles

This shop will forever be my go to shop! I had trouble with the truck door scraping on my bumper as I put the hard top down as well as a door that wouldn’t close unless you rolled down the window. They fixed both issues in less than a day. Communication was easy and straightforward. I can not recommend them enough!

Looks like I don't need to leave a review, because everyone has a good experience here, according to the 50 previous reviews. Pretty rate for an auto shop! I had a door on my van that was misbehaving in several ways. Paul had his team take a look he and offered me the $100 option and the $1100 option. When I chose the $100 fix, he still treated me like a valued customer, didn't try to get me to upgrade the project, and handled everything quickly and perfectly. Thank you!

Just wanted to let you know that I just picked my Hyundai and it looks mint inside and out! Paul and his team were excellent and I will go to him for all my needs. Bravo ,
