Family RV Sales

We were needing a temporary living space and working space. Family RV Sales had exactly what we needed. I noticed their place as I drove by. Brandon showed me several RVs and I decided on the 2015 Connect. It is in great shape and has new carpet. Allen did a great job taking out the kitchen table so we could put a work station in that area. He leveled it and had everything we needed-blocks, the electrical cord, heated water hose-everything. It was a great experience working with them. We are really happy with our experience.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! They sold us a lemon and everything that could go wrong already has and we’ve only had it for around 7 months!! The break away cable is snapped off and they sold it to us knowing that and never said anything. There was a bad leak in the bathroom where the toilet was. Whenever it rains water trickles in where we lay our heads. We had to drive all the way from California for the owner to finally get the paperwork to dmv and we’re still waiting on the title. Everytime I call the owner would say ok I’m gonna get that sent out. I call a couple weeks later and the same thing. Come to find out he never did it. Absolutely terrible experience. They should’ve never sold it like that and it’s illegal to sell it like that so buyer beware.

Pretty solid experience. Nothing stellar, but I walked away satisfied. The RV I bought was listed as needing some TLC, and it absolutely did. There was a leak in the roof (and a lot of wood rot as a result), the black water tank was half full, the carpets were dirty, etc. The dealership was patient while I looked over and tested things for several hours, and they called in their service tech to fix a couple of plumbing issues for me while I went off to lunch. I would've appreciated if they were more transparent about the issues I'd have to fix - nobody even mentioned the roof leak, for example. But they deserve some credit for fixing what I found while I was there, and for the good price that we agreed on.

Took em a month to get the paperwork done at the DMV so its been about 2 months still waiting on my tag. If I wasn't ready to flip it already it wouldn't matter that it's taking so long for the tag. Will say they were friendly and worked everything out quickly for me when I was there even having an employee come in when they weren't there yet just to help. Great service from them and I did like what I paid. I've called them pissed about the DMV and they stayed professional and helpful so hassle for the tags or not I'd go back to em. What do you mean your dad called me, you mean the once five minutes after I called to ask what's the hold up and got the same exact info I had already asked about and gotten answers?

The owner took the time to listen to me talk to him about what I was wanting and needed. I gave a down payment on a trailer. I went back a few days later and finished my purchase. Each time at his office he made me feel welcome and offered me a beverage. I purchased a 5th wheel and he delivered it and set it up on site for me. Nick noticed that during the previous nights storm the bathroom vent cover had been broken. He had it replaced and didn't charge me a thing. He is an upstanding guy and so are the gentlemen who work with him. Thank you Nick David and Mark for the great service.
