Fast And Flawless Detailing

Fast and Flawless did an amazing job on my Honda Pilot. I am getting ready for a new baby, and nesting , so I gave them a call. They cleaned my vehicle up like brand new. They even got all the stickers off my back windows from crazy kiddos and their sticker obsession. I will definitely be using them again!

I want to be fair and honest about my experience with Fast & Flawless Detailing. The quality of the work itself was satisfactory — the vehicle was cleaned, the interior was steamed and shampooed, and the paint correction work that was done looks solid (although, he made me believe he was gonna completely remove a $75 scratch but didnt). However, I don’t dispute that real labor went into the job. My main issue was with pricing communication, not workmanship. We initially discussed a full detail for $250 and an additional $75 for a specific scratch. Based on that conversation, I expected a total around $325. I was not clearly informed or asked to approve a revised total of $520 before the work was completed. The explanation for the higher price came only after the job was done, which was

I knew going into this, there would be extra charges on top of the base price because I knew the amount of work to get rid of the pet hair that was in the vehicle. I was promised I would a receive a cleaning like it was new. They quoted me $210, but I brought my truck for them to start work on first, then I was told that the Tiguan would actually be $240, no arguments. I brought the Tiguan another day. Once the cleaning was finished, I was told it would be $310. I still didn’t argue even though this company neglected to call beforehand, only after when the services were finished.
